Dunkery Analytics is the trading name of Noah Huard, a sole trader providing business intelligence, dashboard and data-analysis services to small businesses. Information we may collect

We may collect personal information when you contact us, request a consultation, become a client or otherwise communicate with Dunkery Analytics. This may include:

• information contained within data supplied as part of a client engagement.

We aim to collect only the information reasonably required to provide our services.

How we use your information

Client datasets

Where a client supplies Dunkery Analytics with personal information contained within their business data, the client will normally determine why and how that information is used. Where Dunkery Analytics acts as a data processor, we process that information only for the agreed purpose, in accordance with the client's documented instructions and applicable data-processing terms.

We encourage clients not to provide personal information that is unnecessary for the agreed project.

How we protect your information

Dunkery Analytics uses appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. Measures may include multi-factor authentication, access controls, encrypted devices, secure cloud storage, software updates, secure file-transfer methods and limiting access to information to those who require it.

Sharing your information

Dunkery Analytics does not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers where necessary to operate the business, including providers of website hosting, email, cloud storage, business software and related technology services. Where required, appropriate contractual and transfer protections will be used. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep information

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or where retention is required by law. Client source datasets and working copies will normally be deleted within 30 days after final project handover, unless another retention period has been agreed with the client or continued retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including the right to access personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete information, ask us to restrict processing, object to certain processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. Some rights are subject to legal limitations.

Complaints

Please contact Dunkery Analytics first if you have a concern about how your information has been handled. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
